האתר מופעל על ידי סנדרה ר. דיין — ייעוץ וליווי נדל"ן פרטי בישראל, ללקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל.
02 · מטרת האתר — ולמה הוא לא הצעה מחייבת
האתר הוא אתר תדמית ומידע. התכנים בו — לרבות תיאורי נכסים, שטחים, מחירים, זמינות ולוחות זמנים למסירה — הם מידע כללי בלבד ואינם מהווים הצעה מחייבת או ייעוץ לרכישה, להשקעה או ייעוץ משפטי, מיסויי או פיננסי.
נתוני נכסים מתקבלים מצדדים שלישיים — יזמים, מוכרים ומשווקים — ועשויים להשתנות ללא הודעה מוקדמת. עסקה כלשהי תוסדר אך ורק במסמכים חתומים בין הצדדים. במקרה של סתירה בין האתר לבין מסמך חתום — המסמך החתום גובר.
