More than a broker
For over sixteen years I have built my business around three things: trust, discretion, and a highly personalised approach.
I specialise in luxury residential real estate, working with local and international buyers, sellers and investors seeking exceptional properties across Israel. Over the years I have developed a strong network and long-standing relationships within the industry, giving my clients access to opportunities both on and off the market.
Originally from Montreal and fluent in English, French and Hebrew, I bring an international perspective to my work. Having made Israel my home, I understand both sides of the journey — the expectations of an international client, and the realities of navigating the Israeli property market.
For me, real estate is never simply about finding a property. I take the time to understand my clients, their lifestyle, priorities and long-term goals. My role is to guide them through the process with clarity, discretion and care.
I see myself as more than a real estate broker. I am a trusted advisor, connecting the right people with the right properties while making what can often be a complex process feel personal and seamless.

Real estate is personal. Whether you are buying a home, making an investment, or selling a property in Israel, my role is to understand what matters to you and guide you through every stage with clarity, discretion and experience.
With many of my clients based overseas, I provide a trusted presence on the ground in Israel — carefully assessing opportunities, previewing properties and managing the details throughout the process. Fluent in English, French and Hebrew, I communicate seamlessly with international clients and navigate the local market on their behalf. Some clients choose to come to Israel to view properties personally, while others complete their purchase entirely from abroad.

Every search begins with understanding your priorities. I carefully select and preview properties, provide an honest perspective beyond the listing, and focus only on opportunities that genuinely meet your criteria.
For clients abroad, I can manage the search locally through detailed property information, videos, virtual viewings and ongoing communication. Whether you travel to Israel or purchase remotely, the process stays personal, informed and carefully managed from beginning to end.
Negotiation is also a large part of the value I bring. Through years of experience, market knowledge and long-standing relationships within the industry, I am often able to negotiate favourable terms and secure opportunities that may not otherwise be available.
