המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף כשאתם משתמשים באתר של סנדרה ר. דיין — ייעוץ נדל"ן פרטי, למה הוא נאסף, מה נעשה בו, ומה הזכויות שלכם לגביו. היא נכתבה לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, לרבות תיקון 13.

מידע שאתם מוסרים ביוזמתכם — רק דרך טופס יצירת הקשר שבאתר:
- שם
- כתובת דוא"ל
- מספר טלפון (אופציונלי)
- תוכן ההודעה שכתבתם
מידע טכני שנשמר בדפדפן שלכם בלבד — האתר שומר אצלכם מקומית (localStorage) את שפת התצוגה שבחרתם ואת הגדרות הנגישות שהפעלתם, כדי שהאתר ייראה כמו שבחרתם בביקור הבא. המידע הזה נשאר במכשיר שלכם, לא נשלח לשום מקום, וניתן למחוק אותו בכל רגע דרך הגדרות הדפדפן.
מה האתר לא עושה: אין באתר כלי מעקב או פרסום, אין Google Analytics, אין פיקסלים של פייסבוק, ואין קובצי Cookie פרסומיים. כל הגופנים, הסקריפטים והתמונות מוגשים מהדומיין של האתר עצמו ולא נטענים משירות חיצוני.
03 · למה המידע נאסף ומה נעשה בו
- מענה לפנייה — כדי לחזור אליכם ולדבר על מה שביקשתם. זו המטרה העיקרית.
- ניהול קשר עם לקוחות — שמירת הפנייה כדי לעקוב אחריה ולהמשיך את השיחה.
מסירת המידע היא וולונטרית לחלוטין. אין חובה חוקית למסור אותו, אבל בלי פרטי קשר לא נוכל לחזור אליכם. אין באתר רישום לדיוור — פנייה דרך הטופס אינה מצרפת אתכם לרשימת תפוצה.
04 · למי המידע מועבר
המידע אינו נמכר ואינו מועבר לצדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווק. הוא נגיש רק לגורמים הטכניים שמפעילים את האתר:
- Netlify — שירות האחסון והטפסים שדרכו האתר פועל והפניות מתקבלות.
- Google — שירות הדוא"ל שבו מתקבלות ההודעות.
שני הספקים ממוקמים מחוץ לישראל, ולכן פנייה שנשלחת דרך האתר מועברת ומאוחסנת בשרתים בחו"ל. מידע עשוי להימסר לגורם נוסף רק אם נידרש לכך על פי דין או צו שיפוטי.
05 · כמה זמן המידע נשמר
פניות נשמרות כל עוד יש קשר עסקי פעיל או אפשרות סבירה שיהיה — ולכל היותר 24 חודשים מהפנייה האחרונה, אלא אם ביקשתם מחיקה קודם לכן או שקיימת חובה חוקית לשמור.

07 · אבטחת המידע
האתר מוגש בחיבור מוצפן (HTTPS), הגישה לפניות מוגבלת ומוגנת בסיסמה, והשירותים שבשימוש הם ספקים מוכרים עם סטנדרט אבטחה מקובל. עם זאת, אין מערכת חסינה לחלוטין ולא ניתן להתחייב לאבטחה מוחלטת.

ייתכנו עדכונים למדיניות הזו. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע תמיד בראש העמוד, ושינוי מהותי יפורסם באתר.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you use the website of Sandra R. Dayan — Private Real Estate Advisory, why it is collected, what is done with it, and what your rights are. It is written under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, including Amendment 13.

Information you provide yourself — only through the contact form on this site:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number (optional)
- The message you wrote
Technical information stored only in your own browser — the site saves two preferences locally (localStorage): your chosen display language and any accessibility settings you switched on, so the site looks the way you chose on your next visit. This stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
What this site does not do: there are no tracking or advertising tools, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixels and no advertising cookies. Every typeface, script and image is served from the site's own domain rather than loaded from an external service.
03 · Why it is collected
- Answering your enquiry — so we can come back to you about what you asked. This is the main purpose.
- Client relationship management — keeping the enquiry so it can be followed up and the conversation continued.
Providing this information is entirely voluntary. There is no legal obligation to provide it, but without contact details we cannot reply. There is no mailing-list sign-up on this site — sending the form does not add you to any list.
04 · Who it is shared with
The information is not sold and is not passed to third parties for marketing. It is accessible only to the technical services that run the site:
- Netlify — the hosting and forms service through which the site runs and enquiries arrive.
- Google — the email service where messages are received.
Both providers are located outside Israel, so an enquiry sent through this site is transferred to and stored on servers abroad. Information may be disclosed further only where required by law or a court order.
05 · How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while there is an active business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one — and at most 24 months from the last contact, unless you asked for deletion earlier or there is a legal obligation to keep it.

- To review the information held about you
- To correct information that is wrong or out of date
- To ask for it to be deleted
To exercise any of these, email sandra@sandraisrael.net with the word "Privacy" in the subject. Requests are handled within 30 days.
07 · Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to enquiries is restricted and password-protected, and the services in use are established providers with accepted security standards. No system is entirely immune, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
08 · Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update always appears at the top of the page, and a material change will be published on the site.
