אתר זה של סנדרה ר. דיין — ייעוץ נדל"ן פרטי נבנה מתוך תפיסה שכל אדם זכאי לגלוש בו בעצמאות, בכבוד ובנוחות, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו פועלים בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח–1998, לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג–2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA.
רמת הנגישות באתר
האתר הונגש לרמה AA של WCAG 2.0, בהתאם לדרישות ת"י 5568.
מה הונגש באתר
- מבנה HTML סמנטי, עם אזורי ניווט, תוכן וכותרת תחתונה מסומנים לקוראי מסך.
- היררכיית כותרות תקינה וללא דילוגים.
- טקסט חלופי (alt) תיאורי לכל התמונות המהותיות.
- ניגודיות צבעים העומדת ביחס הנדרש — כולל הטקסט שמופיע מעל צילום, שנמדד מול הפיקסלים בפועל.
- ניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת, עם סימון פוקוס ברור ונראה לעין.
- קישור "דילוג לתוכן" בתחילת כל עמוד.
- תווית (label) לכל שדה בטופס, והודעות שגיאה בטקסט הנקרא על ידי קוראי מסך.
- כיבוד העדפת המערכת להפחתת תנועה (prefers-reduced-motion).
- התאמה מלאה לגדלי מסך שונים — טלפון, טאבלט ומחשב.
- הגדרת שפה וכיווניות תקינה בכל עמוד.
רכיב הנגישות
בכל עמודי האתר מוטמע רכיב נגישות, הנפתח בלחיצה על הכפתור המעוגל בפינת המסך. הרכיב מאפשר:
- הגדלה והקטנה של גודל הטקסט
- מצב ניגודיות גבוהה
- מצב כהה
- הדגשת קישורים
- מעבר לגופן קריא
- עצירת אנימציות ותנועה בעמוד
- איפוס כל ההגדרות
ההגדרות נשמרות בדפדפן ונשארות פעילות גם במעבר בין עמודים ובביקור חוזר.

This website for Sandra R. Dayan — Private Real Estate Advisory is built so that everyone can use it independently and comfortably, including people with disabilities. It follows Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758–1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773–2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
Conformance level
This site conforms to WCAG 2.0 level AA, as required by Israeli Standard 5568.
What has been made accessible
- Semantic HTML, with navigation, main content and footer marked up for screen readers.
- A correct heading hierarchy with no skipped levels.
- Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image.
- Colour contrast that meets the required ratio — including text set over photography, which was measured against the actual pixels behind it.
- Full keyboard navigation with a clear, visible focus indicator.
- A "skip to content" link at the start of every page.
- A label on every form field, with error messages given in text that screen readers announce.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
- Full support for phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes.
- Correct language and text-direction declarations on every page.
The accessibility widget
Every page carries an accessibility widget, opened with the round button in the corner of the screen. It offers:
- Increase and decrease text size
- High contrast mode
- Dark mode
- Emphasised links
- A more readable typeface
- Stop all animation and movement
- Reset every setting
Your choices are stored in your browser and stay active as you move between pages and when you return.

Known limitations
Every asset this site uses — typefaces, scripts and images — is served from the site's own domain rather than loaded from an external service. The site is built to stay completely readable and usable with JavaScript unavailable, and when the operating system asks for reduced motion.
We keep testing and improving the accessibility of this site. If you find a page or a component that is not accessible, telling us matters and it will be addressed as quickly as possible.
